CORRECTIVE MAINTENACE SERVICES

Benz Engineering Limited delivered comprehensive elevator services for the VIP and passenger elevators at the Fiame Mata'afa Faumuina Mulinu'u II (FMFMII) Government Building in Apia, Samoa. The works included detailed system assessment, fault diagnosis, corrective repairs, control system checks, safety device inspections, mechanical and electrical component servicing, and operational performance testing. The project was executed by experienced elevator technicians to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable vertical transportation for government officials, VIP visitors, staff, and members of the public. All maintenance and repair activities were completed in accordance with industry practices, focusing on improving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and extending the service life of the elevator systems.
