Benz Engineering Limited successfully carried out corrective services for the passenger elevator and control automation system at Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey's Hotel & Bungalows, a prominent hospitality property in Apia, Samoa. The project focused on restoring reliable elevator performance while ensuring the building's automation and control systems operated safely and efficiently. The scope of work included comprehensive fault diagnosis, repair and replacement of defective elevator components, troubleshooting of electrical and electronic control circuits, inspection and calibration of safety devices, adjustment of door operating mechanisms, and testing of the elevator controller. Corrective maintenance was also performed on the building's control automation system, including inspection of control panels, sensors, relays, communication interfaces, and associated electrical equipment to restore proper functionality. Following all repairs, Benz Engineering Limited completed system testing, safety verification, and commissioning to confirm that both the elevator and automation systems met operational and safety requirements. The completed works improved equipment reliability, minimized operational downtime, and supported the hotel's commitment to providing safe and dependable facilities for guests and staff.
